These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of CopingMap. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What CopingMap is

CopingMap provides educational and self-reflective tools designed to help you understand patterns of coping, stress responses, and identity organization through a trauma-informed lens.

2. Not medical advice

CopingMap is not a medical or mental health provider. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The assessment and content are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent and applicable law allows use by minors.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use CopingMap for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service in ways that harm CopingMap or its users.

CopingMap and its underlying framework, text, design, and software are owned by CopingMap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site and your results for personal use. You may not reproduce or distribute CopingMap materials for commercial purposes without permission.
